Process for Sellers:

E-mail, Text or Call me & let me come out and see your property.  We can discuss your timeframe for moving & what items could improve the salability of your home for top dollar, if that’s important to you.  There is no commitment for this meeting, it’s a way to meet one another and decide if we should make plans for next steps.

 

We can talk about the next steps and set up a schedule plan for video shoot and/or pictures.  Video is optional – but it can be very beneficial for the marketing process, depending on your property.

 

Process for Buyers:

"Location, Location, Location!"  Think about how long you plan to live in a home, and consider how your life will change over that time.  Meaning, don’t shop and buy just for today.  Buying a house is a long-term commitment and an investment.  Making decisions for both your current situation and your future vision, is important to the buying process.

Whether Buying or Selling, don’t hesitate to do some research and just as importantly, meet a few agents in person. Work with an experienced agent, but don't just focus on knowledge & experience, consider his/her concern for you and your family’s best interests.
